Natural: All-in-one app with AI generative interface
INTRODUCTION
Natural was an all-in-one app offering shopping, flight bookings, deliveries, and more. Despite its versatility, it struggled to compete with major e-commerce platforms. We launched the redesign on Aug 1, 2024 and addressed the problem by implementing our AI generative interface system to enhance and personalize search results, broadening access points and boosting user engagement.
